Report of the General Director of the Company.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">2. On consideration of the Opinion of the Audit Commission on the results of the annual audit of the Company in 2021.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">3. Approval of the annual report of the Company for 2020, the balance sheet, the profit and loss statement of the Company based on the results of financial and economic activities for 2020.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">4. Approval of the distribution of profit and loss for 2020, dividend payments.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">5. Election of members of the Board of Directors of the Company.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">6. Election of members of the Audit Commission of the Company.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">7. Approval of amendments to the Company Charter.<\/span><\/p><p>The materials prepared for the meeting can be found: On business days (Monday-Friday), from March 23, 2021 to March 29, 2021 at the location of the Company: Minsk, ul. M. Bogdanovich, 129 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Registration of the meeting participants on March 30, 2021 from 13.00 to 13.50 at the place of the meeting.
