The meeting will be held in the conference hall (room 205) of \u00a0BELTRUBOPROVODSTROY JSC at the address: Minsk, M. Bogdanovich street, 129.<\/p><p>Agenda:<\/p><ol><li><p><em>Approval of the audit report of the financial and economic activities of the Company for 2020.<\/em><\/p><\/li><li><p><em><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Approval of amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>The meeting is held in physical format. The materials prepared for the meeting can be found at the office of the Company: Minsk, M. Bogdanovich street, 129. Working hours: Monday-Friday from 19 April 2021 to 23 April 2021 from 9:00 to 16:00.<\/p><p>The beginning of the meeting &#8211; April 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.<\/p><p>Registration of meeting participants will take place on April 26, 2021 from 9:00 to 9:50 at the place of the meeting.
