Bogdanovich str., 129.<br \/>The meeting will be held in the conference hall (room 205) of BELTRUBOPROVODSTROY JSC at the address: Minsk, 129 M. Bogdanovich str.<\/p><p>Agenda of the meeting:<\/p><p>1. Results of financial and business activities of the Company for 2021 and main directions of development for 2022.<br \/>2. Consideration of the report of the Internal Audit Commission on the results of annual revision of the Company&#8217;s activities for 2021. <br \/>3. Approval of the Company&#8217;s 2021 Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement on the results of financial and business operations for 2021. <br \/>4. Approval of the distribution of profits and losses for 2021, and the payment of dividends. <br \/>5. Election of the members of the Company&#8217;s Board of Directors. <br \/>6. Election of the members of the Internal Audit Commission of the Company.<\/p><p>The meeting is held personally. The materials prepared for the meeting are available at the location of the Company: Minsk, M. Bogdanovich St.129, on working days (Monday-Friday) from 24 March 2022 till 30 March 2022 from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m., on the day of the meeting from 9 a.m. till 1 p.m.<\/p><p>The meeting will commence at 2pm on 31 March 2022.<\/p><p>Registration for the meeting will take place on 31 March 2022 from 13.00 to 13.50 at the place of the meeting.
