As we informed earlier at the 8th stage of the project “Construction of the Gomel-Gorki oil main pipeline” (Customer Gomeltransneft-DRUZHBA, Belarus) everything was ready for performing of the closed crossings after linear part of main pipeline route had been laid. 

At last we glad to share, that the BELTRUBOPROVODSTROY drilling team has successfully completed the implementation of the first of two closed pipeline crossings at the 8th stage of the project. The closed crossing under the Krupka Channel (Mogilev Region) have been implemented that night.

Directional drilling technology have been used for laying the pipe with a diameter of 530 mm under the channel. Preparatory and basic works on the construction of the crossing with the length of 459 m took two days, taking into account technological breaks.
