BELTRUBOPROVODSTROY JSC starts implementation of a new construction project.

According to signed agreement with our Customer Transneft-Siberia JSC BELTRIBOPROVODSTROY takes part in the huge project “Ust-Balyk-Nizhnevartovsk Main Oil Pipeline Section, 219 km-233 km. Surgutskoye UMP. Ust-Balyk-Nizhnevartovsk Main Oil Pipeline Section, km 233-280. Nefteyuganskoye UMP. Main line. DN 1020. Replacement of pipe. Reconstruction”.

The facility is located in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District-Yugra next to the city of Nefteyugansk (Russian Federation).

According to the project contractual obligations BELTRUBOPROVODSTROY JSC must reconstruct (dismantle and build) two closed oil pipeline crossings across the Channel of Bolshaya Yuganskaya (with the length of 737 m long) and the Channel of Yuganskaya Ob (with the length of 872 m).

The oil pipeline diameter is 1020 mm.

The directional drilling method was defined as best for that construction works. The maximum depth of the pipe laying will be at the mark 25 meters. All the drilling works will be carried out with a MEGA class equipment Prime Drill PD 500 (Germany).

According to the execution schedule, the planned construction period is from February to March 2022. The planned number of employees at the site is 40 people.

At the moment, at the site there the pipe has already been dismantled. Now the preparatory work for the drilling is in progress.
